The company operates a fully integrated design and production facility, enabling independent execution of the entire manufacturing process — from design to finished product. We have an automated SMD electronic assembly line, electrical and mechanical workshops, as well as modern warehouse facilities. These capabilities allow us to ensure the highest quality of manufactured devices and provide efficient service — both warranty and post-warranty.

Production is organized into four specialized departments, staffed by experienced and highly qualified personnel:

Lamp Assembly and Commissioning Department - responsible for final assembly and testing of emergency and evacuation lighting devices.

THT Department - handles manual and semi-automatic assembly of electronic components on PCBs.

SMD Assembly Department - equipped with an automated pick-and-place line and modern reflow ovens, responsible for precise mounting of surface-mounted components.

Mechanical Department - performs processing and assembly of mechanical components, housings, and structural elements of devices.

Production Facilities:

Over 2,000 m² of production space, designed to meet the requirements of electronics and technical device manufacturing.
Specialized machinery park – including pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens, testing equipment, measuring devices, and quality control stations.
Extensive warehouse space – enabling efficient management of components, semi-finished products, and finished goods.
