Discover HYBRYD – a Polish emergency lighting manufacturer
HYBRYD was founded in 1986 under the name Przedsiębiorstwo Projektowania i Produkcji Urządzeń Elektronicznych Hybryd sp. z o.o., with its headquarters in Zabrze. At that time, the company manufactured thick-film hybrid circuits for medical devices. Later, its offer was expanded to include applications in signalling equipment for the railway industry, and subsequently for the automotive sector.
Development, expansion and continuous improvement
In 1996, the company’s headquarters were relocated to Pyskowice near Gliwice, and the machinery park was expanded. The production technology was extended to include the assembly of systems on PCB boards.
From 1997 onwards, the product range was expanded to include electronic circuits for powering electroluminescent lamps, i.e. electronic ballasts and emergency modules. As part of continuous product improvement, emergency lighting power supply systems equipped with digital interfaces were introduced into production.
Proprietary solutions, in-house production
The majority of our production is based on proprietary designs developed by our in-house engineering department. The high quality of our products and services is confirmed by our Integrated Quality Management System Certificate compliant with ISO 9001:2015.

Our partner network has been carefully selected based on long-term relationships, reliability of supply, and compliance with strict technical and quality requirements.
One of our key partners is MERAWEX, a respected manufacturer of power supplies, power systems, and electronic products, with whom we have successfully executed joint projects for years. Other partners include K-System, a manufacturer of reliable batteries, MIKRO, an experienced injection molding company, and MPL Tronik, a Polish producer of electronics and battery packs. Such collaborations enable us to maintain a high technical standard for our products and ensure timely order fulfillment.

• 1st Prize for the "Emergency lighting system with full visualization and remote monitoring" at the 14th International Lighting Equipment Fair in Warsaw.
• MEDIUM Award for emergency modules and evacuation luminaires with autotest at the International Poznań Fair – Instalacje 2001.
• Distinction for emergency modules and evacuation luminaires with autotest at the International Katowice Fair in 2001.
